How to Submit a Roster for an Event [PF Website]

  1. Sign in to a PlayerFirst website.

  2. In the sub navigation, click Teams.

  3. Find the team whose roster you want to submit and click the Plus icon or the Pencil icon.

  4. Confirm your roster is final. Make sure all of your rostered athletes have completed their waivers.
    Note: A roster may be submitted with inactive players.

  5. Confirm your head coach is assigned and their contact information is correct.

  6. If applicable, confirm all required documents have been uploaded.

  7. Click Submit Roster
    Note: This button will not be available until all exception alerts are cleared.
    Note: If you need to make changes to your roster after it has been submitted, it may be resubmitted before the submission deadline.
