How to mark a Division as Sold Out

Note: This is a division level setting marks the division as Sold Out and stops registrations after a set number of registrations.

Mark a Division as Sold Out after a limited Waitlist

  1. Sign in to a PlayerFirst website.

  2. On the left navigation, click Program > Registration Details.

  3. Click the Pencil icon next to your desired program.

  4. Click Divisions in the sub navigation.

    1. To edit one division at a time, select the Division you want edit from the Division dropdown.

    2. To edit multiple divisions at once, click the Edit Multiple Divisions button.

  5. Registration Limits: Select Register to limit, then Waitlist.

    1. Set the maximum number of registrations that can occur in this division before automatically waitlisting every registration after that.
      This setting is disabled if registration limits are set at the program level.

  6. Available Participants/Teams: Type the number of registrations available before the division begins waitlisting.
    Set Available Participants/Teams to 0 to make the program waitlist all future registrations immediately.

  7. Available Waitlist: Type the number of waitlist spots available before the division is marked as Sold Out.
    Set Available Waitlist to 0 to mark the division as Sold Out immediately.

  8. Click the Save icon.

Mark a Division as Sold Out after meeting a Registration Limit

  1. Sign in to a PlayerFirst website.

  2. On the left navigation, click Program > Registration Details.

  3. Click the Pencil icon next to your desired program.

  4. Click Divisions in the sub navigation.

    1. To edit one division at a time, select the Division you want edit from the Division dropdown.

    2. To edit multiple divisions at once, click the Edit Multiple Divisions button.

  5. Registration Limits: Select Register to limit then mark as Sold Out.

    1. Set the maximum number of registrations that can occur in this division before the division is marked as Sold Out and registration is closed.
      This setting is disabled if registration limits are set at the program level.

  6. Available Participants/Teams: Type the number of registrations available before the division is marked as Sold Out.
    Set Available Participants/Teams to 0 to mark the division as Sold Out immediately.

  7. Click the Save icon.
