How to create a new email (Athletes & Parents) [PF Club App]

  1. Sign in to your PlayerFirst Club app.

  2. Select whether you are a Parent/Guardian or an Athlete.

  3. Select the profile you wish to access by pressing the profile tile.

  4. Press the message icon on the bottom navigation.

  5. Press the add icon in the upper right corner or visit the Email tab and select the add icon.

  6. Press email.

  7. Select the recipients of the message.

  8. Choose the team(s).

  9. Press next.

  10. Confirm the number of recipients.

  11. Press compose.

  12. Allow recipients to reply-all: You may toggle this on to allow recipients to reply to everyone on the email. However, if the sender list is greater than 100, then the toggle will automatically default to off.

  13. Subject: This field is required.

  14. Type your message.

  15. Press Send.
